Auto Scan only part of a design.#80

When scanning a page for issues in Figma it would be nice if we could exclude portions of the page.

Sometimes there are other discovery or playground files on the same page that I don’t want to be scanned. Currently it scans the whole page and will bring back issues with other files I don’t care about.
